The El Paso Museum of Art is a fine arts museum with a permanent collection that includes European, American and Mexican colonial art ranging from the 13th to the 20th centuries, as well as contemporary southwestern and Mexican art. Four museums are located on Fort Bliss and known collectively as the Fort Bliss Museums. They are the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Museum, the Third Cavalry Museum, the Museum of the Non-Commissioned Officer, and the Fort Bliss Museum. Together, they provide a glimpse into the history of Fort Bliss from 1848 onward, as well as into American military history.

This museum presents the men, women and technology of the federal agency, which was founded in El Paso in 1924. Displays include an actual former border patrol aircraft. Group tours can be arranged by appointment.

The history of El Paso and the area surrounding it dates back 400 years, and is captured through the exhibits found in the El Paso Museum of History. There is lots to be found here, dating to times of Spanish and Mexican influences to the the present day. Displays contain artefacts including costumes, firearms, cooking equipement and other items.
